Returns & Refunds

We create our products on demand, specifically for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, or have simply changed your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us on hello@metalforgood.org within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to issue a replacement or full refund.
