James Monteith

James plays guitar in Tesseract and Cage Fight, and is also a co-director of music marketing & publicity company Hold Tight.

Tesseract were born out of the djent/ tech metal scene in the late 00s, and have released 4 studio albums, plus two live albums and a number of EPs, and toured globally for over a decade. A new album is planned for later 2023.

Cage Fight play thrash/ hardcore cross over music, and released their debut album last year, and toured the UK extensively, as well as hit a number of European fests this summer. Hold Tight was founded in 2010 and it’s current roster includes Spinefarm/Candlelight/UMG, Season Of Mist, Arising Empire, MNRK, SPV/Long Branch, Napalm, Rude Records, Nuclear Blast, Hassle Records, Relapse Records plus more.
